Why Are We Collecting This Information
We will use the collected information, including Personal Information, for the following purposes:
We will store this survey data in our CRM only till the end of the Beta testing period, which we estimate will be 1-2 months from the time the Beta product is shipped out to Beta testers. So, for example, if the Beta product is shipped on 15-Aug-21, we will store the survey data till ~ 15-Sep-21 or 15-Oct-21. After that, we will permanently delete all the survey data other than the personally identifiable information required to contact you as a customer of TranscribeGlass™ Beta.
Your Rights to the Data
You can contact us by email (see “Who To Contact” in the next section) to request access to and make changes to the information provided by you to us through the survey. You can also instruct us, via email, to delete any or all information collected from you as part of the survey and we will comply within 3 working days and send you a confirmation email as well.
You can also opt out from all future communication by clicking on the Unsubscribe link in our email updates, or by emailing us.

Why Are We Collecting This Information
We will use the collected information, including Personal Information, for the following purposes:
- To contact you (e.g. to update you on progress of the TranscribeGlass™ Beta; to let you know when the Beta is ready for shipment)
- To seek feedback during the Beta testing
- To provide customer care and support during the Beta testing, including responding to any questions you may have
- To understand and monitor the usage of the Beta product during the test trials
- To detect, prevent and address any technical issues related to the Beta product during the test trials
- To better understand the value that TranscribeGlass™ could add to your life
- To provide, deliver, and improve the TranscribeGlass™ product based on the information you provided as well as subsequent usage data collected and feedback received during the Beta trial
- The data collected from this survey will be stored temporarily in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database provided by Zoho Corporation and stored on Zoho’s cloud provider’s servers in India. No other copies of this data will be made.
- This data in the CRM will be accessible only to three (3) individuals who are employees of TinkerTech Laboratories and are working on the Beta testing program.
- For all internal analyses, each respondent will be identified by a CRM-generated ID and not by their names.
- We will not share, sell, rent, trade, release or otherwise disclose the information provided by you in the survey to any third parties.
- We will not publicly publish this data or any aggregated analysis of this data.
- We will not use any of the information you provide for direct marketing or for other activities not related to the TranscribeGlass™ Beta testing program.
- We may share aggregated analysis of the data that does not allow any participant to be personally identified with the design firm(s) that we contract with for future design improvements to TranscribeGlass™, under Non-Disclosure Agreement(s).
