TranscribeGlass Beta Cancellation, Refund & Return Policies
The TranscribeGlass Beta device (“product”) is not eligible for returns or refunds.
TinkerTech Laboratories Private Limited (“company”) will provide you with a replacement product only if you have received the product in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, or is different from its description on the product detail page on www.transcribeglass.com, AND you report this by emailing us at [email protected] and including a picture of the damaged/defective product along with a description of the damage/defect/missing part(s) within 3 days of having received the product.
No replacements are possible:
We will not be able to issue any refund to you if you cancel your order after the product has been shipped to you.

- If the shipping company failed to reach you after making all the delivery attempts as per their shipping policies
- If you have buyers remorse
- If the product does not work in the way you expected it to work
